A significant part of how we structure our rates is based on education and clinical experience. We believe this matters because therapists at different stages of their training bring different levels of expertise, and clients deserve to know exactly what they're receiving and paying for.
Why This Approach?
In many mental health clinics today, pricing doesn't always reflect a therapist's level of training. Student therapists and Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) may charge rates comparable to fully licensed clinicians. Clients are often unaware of these distinctions, which can lead to confusion and concerns about value.
We take a different path. We believe clients deserve transparency about who they're working with and what to expect. And we believe therapists who are still developing their skills deserve a pricing structure that honors their training stage — without the pressure to charge as if they're already fully licensed.
